In 2010 Allen Recruitment Consulting set up an online training division called ARC Training in response to
job seekers telling us that they were not able to find good cost effective training that would lead to industry
recognised certifications and hence make it easier for their CV’s to stand out from the crowd.

ARC Training is a reseller of the 4000 online MindLeaders Thirdforce courses and we are using their Learning

MindLeaders also acquires content mapped to vendor certification or exam objectives to use in the development of courses
for certification exam study (CompTIA, CIW, e-Commerce, ECDL/ICDL, Cisco, Novell, Linux, Java, Solaris, Oracle, and Microsoft).
MindLeaders is active in CompTIA's CAQC program and MindLeaders CompTIA courses have earned this esteemed designation. The ICDL/ECDL

For technical material, a test bed may be constructed to replicate a network or server configuration required for the application.
In the test beds, course development teams replicate such situations as Microsoft Windows network configurations, Oracle databases,
UNIX servers, AS/400 hardware, and Cisco routers for testing exercises and capturing actual screens of a live system or code.
The transformation from electronic book format to a course follows a precise process that begins with a technical preview of the
material by an in-house Content Analyst. The content needs to be organised in step-by-step instruction that teaches student’s
skills either by progressing through the course lesson by lesson, or by going right to sections of the course that they want
to learn more about.
Parts of the source content may be removed or expanded. The order in which the content is covered may be rearranged. The
source content's style may need to be changed into MindLeaders style (this may include Microsoft's Manual of Style). Commonly,
content styles need to be changed if the source is too chatty, contains extraneous information, or includes long sections of
esoteric details, all of which are acceptable for a book but are impediments to web-based training.
Each series is broken down into courses. Each course is further broken down into lessons or units, which are more compact
learning objects. At this point, a Course Development Team consisting of courseware developers, multimedia developers,
audio/video specialists and course editors incorporates the MindLeaders instructional design into the material. Each lesson
is structured with performance-oriented learning objectives and instructional interactivity to accomplish presentation of
the knowledge, comprehension, application, and synthesis of the lesson learning objects.

Get Certified Service
Once you have completed one of our online courses you may decide to go ahead and complete a certification exam. In order to make
this process as easy as possible, at no extra charge, we will assist you in arranging to sit the exams. All you need to do is
concentrate on your revision and the pay the exam fee – we will do the rest. We will:

- Exam locations
- Exam dates at suitable locations
- Exam costs
- Book the exam place on your behalf
- Facilitate the payment of the exam fee
We will refund the course subscription cost to any person who did not pass the exam if –
- They scored an 80% or better on each of the certification study guide courses. (Come on, we are only asking for a B!)
- They took the certification exam within 30 days of completing the training – Do it while it’s fresh!
